If I work with you, am i locked into a contract?

Your engagement with us lasts as long as our project together does. We'll be friends forever, of course, but we don't need to lock our clients into a contract to make them stay with us. ;)

How long will my project take to complete?

There’s a number of variables involved here, but generally speaking, we allow a minimum of 4 weeks from start to finish. This of course depends on us getting what we need from you in a timely manner, so the more involved you are in the process, the faster we can get you up and running!

How does the Design process work?

This specifics of the process varies depending on the specific project at hand, but they all roughly follow the same path. A more detailed timeline will be provided at the start of each project. Here is an example of the general path taken: 1. Briefing Every project begins with a detailed consultation to understand your business, your needs and your project. Using this, a brief is created, including quotes and timeframe. 2. Concept Once the brief has been approved, initial work will begin, brainstorming ideas and concepts to meet the the brief criteria and to seperate you from your competitors. The best ideas will be developed further. Whilst developing the best ideas, example page spreads and layouts are produced, whilst fonts and colour palettes are defined. Branding and logo concepts are sketched. During this stage, you will be presented with developed ideas to recieve feedback. 3. Development The chosen idea and all relevant media will be developed to make the concept come to life. During this point there is the options for feedback sessions and sets of changes to the work, defined by your chosen package. At the beginning of this stage, text or client confirmed details to be added into the final design must be sent over as a final copy. Once included, any changes to these details will incur an additional fee. 4. Delivery Once the idea has been developed the final deliverables are created, tested and signed off. The sign off is done in one meeting, once all relevant deliverables have been created. *********** 5. Maintenance Once your project has finished, you may require a mantenence subscription to maintain a brand, create a marketing strategy or create additional documentation. Depending on your preferences we offer to do this by the hour, or for a monthly subsription (retainer).

Can I edit my website myself?

Absolutely! When your website goes live, we'll hand over the keys and teach you how to drive it. All our websites come with a beautiful and super intuitive content management system so you can manage your own website without being held hostage by your IT guy. Winning all round!

Will my website be Mobile Friendly?

Of course. If any one tries to sell you a website that’s not mobile-friendly, you should run in the other direction… to us, of course!
